You DO NOT have to be in attendance when bidding closes at 6:30 pm to win. Winning bidders must pay and pick up their items by Friday, March 22nd. Check out our Facebook event page for more details!


The silent auction committee is always looking for donations! If you have tickets for concerts, sporting events, services, or travel items we want your donations. Contact your connection and tell them about the Chandler Silent Auction.  If they can donate to the silent auction, download the donation form and leave the item in the front office. Thank you for your support!!! Deadline for all donations is March 8, 2019. All donations are tax deductible.

The class basket is another opportunity to support the Silent Auction! Each grade level is assigned a "THEME", along with a list of suggested items to collect. Participation is voluntary, but we hope ALL families will participate by donating an item, as even a small item or gift card will be very helpful! All items must be turned in by March 8th! Assignments for 2018-2019 to be announced soon!



TK/K: Summer Fun in the Sun: Suggested items: Beach towels, beach toys, balls, sunblock, sunglasses, gift cards to mini golf or other summer activities, yard toys (Frisbee, plastic bowling pins), bubbles, sidewalk chalk, water bottles, balls (baseball, basketball, football, soccer), toys (Frisbee, plastic bowling pins, hula hoop, jump rope, sidewalk chalk, kite), other outdoor sports games sets (volleyball, tennis, badminton, bocce, etc.), inflatable pool, sprinkler toys, sunblock, sunglasses, tickets to local sporting events, gift cards (mini-golf, batting cages, roller or ice skating, outdoor or sporting goods stores).
1st Grade: Fun with Art & Science Basket: Suggested contents: Markers, pens, colored pencils, crayons, craft paint, construction paper, paint brushes, stamping kit, jewelry kits, small wooden model kits, loom bracelet kit, poster board, stencils, art kits, paint, craft supplies, canvas, science kit, slime making supplies, glue, modpodge, clay, easel, tickets to art, science or kids museum, gift card to arts & crafts or book store.
2nd Grade: Road Trip Travel Basket : Suggested contents: travel games, air freshener, treats, first aid kit or emergency kit, snack food, cooler, coloring items, AAA travel guide, travel bag, headphones, ear plugs, travel pillow, travel blanket, hand sanitizer, magnetic puzzles, Spot It! On the road, Mad Libs, Fidget games/gadgets, suitcase or travel bag, travel gift card, gar card, fast food gift card.
3rd Grade: Old Fashioned Family Fun Night Basket: Suggested items: card games, board games, lego sets, kid friendly movies, puzzles, scorecards, snack food (popcorn, movie theater candy, cookies, pizza gift card), gift card for toy store or target.
4th Grade: Coffee & ChocolateSuggested items: Coffee beans (whole or ground), k-cup boxes, teapot, mug, french press, chocolate bars, flavored syrups, biscotti / gourmet cookie, boxes of chocolate and samplings of loose chocolates, gourmet chocolates/truffles, gift cards to Coffee/Chocolate stores (Starbucks, Coffee Bean, See Candy, Peet's, etc.) 
5th Grade: Spa/Pamper Basket: Suggested items: Nailpolish, refreshing treats, foot scrub, loofah, foot bath, bath bombs, slippers or socks, magazine, eye mask, face scrub, manicure kit, lotion, chick flick movie, candle, face scrub, spa gift card.
